Ingredients

Oat Milk Base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 cups water filtered
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Add the oats, water, and salt to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a large bowl.
  • Optional: Stir in sweetener and vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Shake well before serving, as separation is natural.

Notes

For a creamier texture, soak the oats for 15 minutes before blending and rinse well.
