Instructions
Add the oats, water, and salt to a blender.
Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a large bowl.
Optional: Stir in sweetener and vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Shake well before serving, as separation is natural.
Notes
For a creamier texture, soak the oats for 15 minutes before blending and rinse well.
